I have a client that is currently looking to hire a Medical Claims Team Leader for a small company (70+ employees) in Sunrise, Florida.
In general terms we are looking for someone that has a keen understanding in claims operations, excellent leadership skills, ensure that the department's goals are met in productivity as well as quality, knowledge of HCFAs and UB04 knowledge is a must, repricing, excel experience, strong communication skills in dealing with member's, clients and internal management questions.
