Hello all,

Quick question. I am in need of clarification for the following:

Procedure:

L4-L5 reduction of listhesis and realignment of junctional kyphotic deformity back to lordosis.

Diagnosis:

Segmental instability/junctional kyphotic deformity.

Can someone please assist me with what would be the appropriate CPT code for the above noted procedure?

Thank you.

Look at Cpt Code 22818

I honestly thought either it was 22818 or 22819 (pending of course), but the provider stated they did not perform a kyphectomy, and that instead they performed a partial corpectomy. This is really confusing.
