Hello fellow coders,

This one has me scratching my head for a couple of days now.

Seizures due to TBI Due to domestic violence(2013).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.:o
 
Code first the seizure, then the late effect (sequelae) of the intracranial injury. I would need to have more specificity in order to be positive about the codes, but as you stated, I'd go with R56.9 Unspecified convulsions, and S06.890S other specified intracranial injury without loss of conscious, sequelae.
