Indications: Pulmonary hypertension
CONCLUSIONS:
Conscious sedation administered.
Access: R femoral vein
RHC was performed with a 7 Fr catheter prior to pulmonary artery thrombectomy.
Right and left pulmonary artery angiogram did not show significant clot burden.
Report: Angiogram of left lung taken. Attempting to reposition catheter into right lung. Unable to position in right lung. Super stiff wire removed., wedge catheter removed. 6Fr angled Pig removed. 6Fr Jr 4 inserted advanced and removed. Catheter positioned into right lung. Angiogram of right lung taken. Glidewire advantage reinserted. Angiogram of right lung taken. Glidewire removed.

I'm not seeing where aspiration thrombectomy was performed in the body of report, unless it's inherently included in the selective angio code.
