Do you include your self-pay pateints in concurrency review?
 
If you mean, do we count self-pay patients when we're looking at concurrencies?

Yes, we do. Concurrency is determined by the number of patients receiving medical direction/supervision. Whether a patient has or doesn't have insurance is irrelevant.
