Hello...We have a PT who has a referral for a patient with a Medicare Advantage plan that doesn't cover out of network providers. Although the provider is contracted with Medicare, she is not contracted with the MA plan. The patient doesn't care if she's OON and wants to pay cash. Is this allowed since she's technically a Medicare patient?
