Hello All,
Question regarding Senile Purpura
. Is it appropriate to code Senile Purpura while patient on anticoagulant or Aspirin?
The providers I code for are pushing back if the patient is on anticoagulation.
I looked at coding guidelines and cannot find an answer either way, there is not an excludes with the ICD 10 code for Senile Purpura.
