I live in Washington, does anyone know of any commerical insurance company that pay for Q0091 other than Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans? My boss gave me a challenge to find any information I could about this subject. Help ME Please!! Thank you

You can check with your payer representatives, or check your payer websites for payment policies. I am a member of MGMA (Medical Group Management Association), where I'm able to reach provider representatives (not just customer service reps), who can answer these kinds of questions. Theres an MGMA in every state. Also, if you belong to a PHO, your contracting person may also be able to get you the names of your payer reps. You'd want the payment policies in writing, however.

So what I'm recommending is to not ask random people for the answer, but to research it yourself directly from the payers. Otherwise you may get misinformation. Hope this helps.
