A sentinel lymph node biopsy has a final diagnosis of benign tissue and no lymphoid tissue identified, the gross states "labeled sentinel node #1" and consists of a rubbery tan-brown lymph node. Would the correct CPT code be 88307 or 88305? Thank you for any assistance.
