I was wondering if anyone could tell me, and site a source, saying if you need a separate OP note for the interpretation of a cholangiogram during a procedure. I was told yes and no. Any help would be great.

I work have worked for four radiologists and they ALWAYS dictated a separate report. The surgeons always knew that the radiologists dictated separate reports for them.:o
