My provider performed pancreaticodudenectomy (cpt48150), paracelial lymph node dissection (cpt38747), transgastic feeding jejunostom tube (cpt44300) and omental flap (cpt49905). I am uncertain if it is appropriate for modifer 59 on the 38747? why or why not. Thank you for your assistance!
