What is the correct dx code for septic left total hip arthroplasty infection due to propionibacterium acnes?
 
I came up with the following:

996.77 (Complication due to internal joint prothesis)
041.84 (the bacterial infection)
995.91 (sepsis)
V43.64 (notes the hip joint replacement)
