Provider note list the Dx as "viral syndrome". Also lists "nausea with vomiting", "headache", and "sore muscles". How should these be sequenced? Thanks, for your help.

You would only code the viral syndrome.. n/v, headache and sore muscles are all symptoms of viral syndrome.
