Procedure:
1. Left femoral resconstruction with iliofemoral bypass from the external iliac to the profunda femoris with a sequential bypass remimplantation of the profunda femrois branch
2. Left femoral to peroneal bypass using a cadeveric vein reverse configuration
3. Partial excision of existing femoral to popliteal bypass

I am having problems with the sequential part of the iliofemoral and also the partial excision of the existing femoral to popliteal...:confused:

Any suggestions?
