Is there a Cpt for colostomy dilation with Hegar dilators? I'm thinking unlisted code 44799. What cpt could you liken this too?

Serial dilation of colostomy stenosis
Technique
Verbal consent was obtained and patient was placed in supine position in the clinic chair. He denied any significant discomfort at the ostomy site with digital exam, so no local or systemic analgesia was necessary. We serially dilated the colostomy starting with Hegar size 20 and continue doing so in sequential fashion up to Hegar size 24. Each dilator was maintained for approximately 60 seconds before proceeding to the next size. His last dilation was held for 5 minuets. He did have some oozing at the medial skin edge which resolved with pressure. Colostomy appliance was reapplied. Patient tolerated the procedure well
