I am hunting a Dx for a shattered IUD in uterus, physician sent pt for US IUD string not seen, radiologist readings state IUD lodged and broken into several pieces. I was thinking complication of device, but has any of you seen this and what dx did you use? Can't use the generic V-codes with this facility.
