if the sheath MD places injure the artery and the MD places a stent to fix it, it is billable? Any documentation for either way will help as MD is asking me. This is during an TEVAR if that makes a difference. thanks for any help. Sincerely, Margaret
 
I believe you can since it is outside the TEVAR zone. Code it with a stent placement code, not the lower extremity revascularization code.
