I need help in this procedure code:

shoulder cyst excision but the Dx code states its a shoulder acromioclavicular joint ganglion cyst

I would code it under 23076 but I don't think a ganglion cyst is considered a tumor or soft tissue.

Anyone else have any other ideas.....................
