...or should another code apply for status post wound infection in history below? Thanks in advance :)

History: 63-year-old woman status post L3-L5 effusion presents with wound infection.

Portable frontal view of the chest is reviewed from 7/8/2012. Comparison is made to a prior study from 7/ 6/2012.

Findings: There is a left upper extremity PICC line and the distal tip overlies the superior vena cava. The heart silhouette appears normal. Left basilar platelike atelectasis is noted. Right lung is clear.There is no pneumothorax. No focal consolidations are seen.
