Should I use 2 units when coding 90772 and 2 seperate medications are used?
Example J3420 and J1080
 
I wasn't sure if I needed a modifier because Medicare keeps kicking out all of my claims if I use more than one unit.
 
We have a patient who receives 2 separate injections on the same date of service and we bill with modifier 59 on the second code.

We have no problem with Medicare paying for this. Hope this helps!
