If a patient was a status post breast reconstruction with a permanent implant and had developed a contracture and breast assymetry. Surgeon will do a capsulectomy, revision and replacement of breast prosthesis. Would you code this with:

19371
19380
19340

or

19380
19371 only.

CPT code 19380 lay description states that: breast tissue are rearranged and also that a breast prosthesis maybe replaced with a different configuration. Would this make 19340 an inclusive to 19380?
