Hello all and TGIF,

29827 and 29826 also done (WC patient)

"very extensive debridement of the capsulitis/synovitis throughout the joint. Degenerative tearing of the anterior, superior and posterior labrum debrided."

Would say enough to bill 29823?

THANKS!

Yes, I have an article from the Wisconsin Medical Society that states 29823 is used when both sections of the gleno-humeral joint (anterior and posterior) or in any part of the gleno-humeral joint and the sub-acromial bursa are debride.
