would it be 726.2 or 726.10? I am having one of those days I am second guessing myself and wanted to see what others said.

both of those from my exp will pose reimbursement problems, i would look at 726.11 or 726.12 but poss chk with your doc first usually payers will hold up or deny pmt on unspec codes ortho wise
