I know they have bundled the Aortic Arch S&I into 36221-36226, but now what code do I use for just a Aortic Arch S&I?

36221 is non-select cath placement and this codes include any and all angiography performed from a non-selective catheter position in the aorta. If the physician subsuquently catheterizes a carotid or vertebral vessel and pefroms slecet imaging then you assign a code from 36222-36226 instead of 36221
 
If you are looking for just the S&I, check codes 75600 - 75605 is for the thoracic region.

Not sure if these bundle with what you are coding.
