My Dr. did a revision to an SI joint Fusion. There was one screw that had backed out. He removed that and filled with bone cement and then inserted another screw in a different position. There is not a revision code. Codes that have been suggested are 20680, removal of inplant: deep. 27279.52 or unlisted 27299. Does anyone have any insights on this? Thank you!
