Our doctor's note states he did a SI joint lateral branch radiofrequency cannula on the S1, S2 and the sacroiliac inferior pole- would the sacroiliac inferior pole be considered a level? He's coding this as 3 levels-destruction facet nerves lumbar/sacrum.
