I work for a Pediatrics office and we saw a patient for a well visit and then did a sick visit for their asthma visit. They did a Pre-bronchodilator and Post bronchodilator administration. This claim went to United Health Care. Can someone please tell me what we are doing wrong as I can't get the well visit paid.
99394 Well visit 12-17 years
99213 - 25 E/M Office visit
94060 Pre and Post bronchodilator administration
They paid on the 99213 and 94060 and did not pay on the 99394. The EOB said it's not paid separately. We used to always send these in this way.
