Hi All,
Can I add a sick visit code when a Medicare patient comes for a Gyn Visit (G0101 with Paps Q0091 and complete Gyn Physical Exam) as noted in the HPI and the patient did not mention of any complaint/s BUT the ROS is positive for wheezing -493.90 and the provider give a Rx. for asthma.

Pls. help and thanks.
