I know the rule, "If it's not documented, it didn't happen"..... is that also true for a signature or e-signature? If a doctor uses an an EMR, and it is obvious that it is his/her chart note, but there is no e-signature.... by law are you allowed to bill without the signature?

Can anyone help me with this one?:confused:
