Hi Everyone!

I work for a billing company and we are not getting the routers signed by the doctors we bill for.
Is it necessary the routers be signed? The office has a list of the doctors names at the top of the router and they just circle the doctors name.

Also, should we as a billing service be keeping the routers for any duration of time? The office has us send them back after 1 month.
