We have a patient that needs a silicone vaginal dilator, does anybody know a code for that? We will give it to the patient to take home but need to get auth ahead of time to see if covered. Thanks

When I worked in Rad Onc and a patient had a vaginal Brachy treatment, we were able to charge for the vaginal cylinder and the insertion of the vaginal cylinder but we never charged for the vaginal dilators I know the patient uses either pre or post treatments. I am not sure if there is any supply code for that.
