Can you bill for silo reductions in the post op period of 49605. I have read that this is not proper because we are in the 90 global of the initial surgery. Our physicians take the patients back for reductions and are wanting to bill for this . Is anyone else doing this procedure and is it being billed? How are you coding..? Any help is appreciated.
