If there is not one code to describe a full condition, would I use as many different codes as I could to describe that condition, or would one be enough?


Example:
When I am coding something such as a verrucous cyst..
I would code it as an Epidermoid Cyst (because that's what it is), but would I also include another code to further describe the condition (verrucous), or is one code enough?
