Using the 1995 guidelines for a comprehensive exam, I am seeking documentation on a single organ system exam for neurology. What are all the components that a physician should document? TIA
 
Hi - you wouldn't use 95 for single system. In the back of the Evaluation & Management Services Guide book on the CMS website, the list of neurological exam elements is listed on page 35.
