sinus surgery with excisonal biopsy

Could use some help! Dr did sinus surgery (31255, 31267, 31276, 31287, and also 30520, and 30140) and also removed nasal polyps and did an excision of a septal neoplasm. Can I also bill for the excision of the neoplasm? Or the nasal polyps? Thanks in advance!
