Looking for a Dx code for a Sinus Tract of the leg/ankle? I'm cautious of coding a post complication wound since main surgery was so long ago. Any ideas?

*PT previously had a right ankle replacement several years ago. PT has had multiple surgeries to the right lower
extremity and has a continuing draining sinus off the lateral aspect of the leg.
