I work for a pain practice. We currently have a clinic on the first floor of a building. We are getting ready to open an addition to that clinic. However, it will be on the third floor (of the same building). My question/ concern is, since the Suite #'s are different, do we need to bill two seperate sites of service, for the first floor vs the third floor?? It will be the same Dr's, just going between the 1st & 3rd floor, depending on patient volume, etc.
Thanks for any help, links you can forward, etc to help me get this figured out. :D
