Wiki size documention for 23120?

if no size of the distal clavicle resection (23120/29824) is mentioned then it shouldn't be billed at all?

According to AAOS at 1cm should be excised... but just want to make sure I'm right about this.

when performed with another procedure you need to document at least 1cm taken off...
