I have a provider that wants to charge a Prevent while patient is in the Skilled Nursing Home. I cannot find any information regarding if it's allowed or not?

Wiki Skilled Nursing visit with a Preventive visit?

Where I work we have NP's that visit our local SNF's/ALF and they will conduct wellnesses for the patients that are unable to come to the office - as long as the criteria for that type of visit is met.
