I need verification that I'm using the right code. I'm thinking 173.6 Malignant Neoplasm of Skin of upper limb/Shoulder.

Pathology report says:
OPERATION: Left forearm skin lesion.
DIAGNOSIS: Skin lesion, left forearm, biopsy - well-differentiated
GROSS PATHOLOGY: Left forearm ? received is a 1.4 x 1 cm irregular shave of light tan crusting hair bearing skin. Inked, serially sectioned. All A1
MICROSCOPIC PATHOLOGY: Sections of the left forearm skin lesion show well-differentiated invasive squamous cell carcinoma, extending to the biopsy margin
