Wiki Skin Puncture Biopsy

My neurologist did a skin puncture biopsy to assess for small fiber neuropathy. Does anyone know what cpt code to use? There is one in the cpt book 11100 but don't know if this is the corrt one to use. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We recently did a few of these also, through a company called Therapath. We used CPT's 11100 and 11101.
