What place of service do I use if I am billing for an online (skype) face to face psych eval (prior to an SCS or PNS)....I gather that effect 4/1/13 it will be the POS of where the patient is (our office), but what was it from Jan - march 2013 - Patient is in our office - LCSW is offsite (not sure if he is in his home, or home office...)
