Hello all,

any suggestions for degenerative or old SLAP tear? Currently using S43.43--

For an "old tear", if known to be traumatic, I would be inclined to consider this sequela and continue to use S43.43-. However, for a degenerative lesion, I, too, would steer towards derangement joint shoulder M24.81-
