Wiki Sleep Center Audit

I am working on an audit for a Sleep Center. This patient is a new patient who presents with snoring, gasping for breath for the past year. The provider listed snoring in the assessment, advised the risk of untreated sleep apnea, and ordered a sleep study. He also advised of CPAP treatment and benefit of CPAP treatment. Would the snoring be counted as an undiagnosed new problem?

Also, for the risk portion, would this fall under low because all he did was order the sleep study or could credit be given under prescription drug management because he discussed the CPAP treatment possibilities? Trying to figure out where to count everything in regards to this specialty with the new guidelines is throwing me off.

Thanks in advance for any help!
Tasha
