I am an AR rep for a national ASC company. We've recently taken on sleep disorder clinics and I am looking for guidance/input on what to look for regarding clinic denials for government and commercial payers. As well as, what are good resources to bookmark from the internet...I have already added the cms.gov IOM Chapter 35 and Pub. 100-04.

Seems this type of billing/coding can be somewhat of a sticky wicket...
