Wiki Sleep Studies, G0399 to Medicaid

I'm looking for some input on using G0399. Our clinic is only getting reimbursed for G0399, when billed to Medicaid, if it is "split". We code G0399-TC (POS home) and G0399-26 (POS office). Is anyone else doing this?

In addition, we use 95806 for most other insurances (unless G0399 is specifically mentioned in the referral). G0399 is used for Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare will pay when it is just as is = G0399, we're having to "split" only for Medicaid.

We've now run into a situation where primary commercial insurance was billed 95806 and this was paid. Then it went to secondary Medicaid and they are denying it. I'm being asked to switch to G0399 and split. Can I use 95806 for the primary insurance and G0399 for the secondary? That doesn't seem correct.

Any help would be much appreciated.
