Can someone please help me.
I want to know if a mobile x-ray company provide a sleep study to patient who is in a skilled nursing facility (POS 32) in North Carolina? We are questioning this practice because they are saying they can do this and per LCD sleep studies can only be provided in a facility that is a Sleep Study Center if the patient is a SNF resident and they are not taking the patients out of the SNF. I just need help in making sure I am right that a Sleep Study cannot be done in a SNF.
