I am trying to get prior auth for a patient who is going to have the following procedure:

"(L) thoracotomy, LUL sleeve lobectomy, pulmonary artery reconstruction, intrapericardial vascular control"

I know the code for the sleeve lobectomy, but how or can I bill for the pulmonary artery reconstruction?? Appreciate any help that can be given. =)
