Okay I need any other ortho coders to help on this one.
So, my Dr. fixed the Left and the Right side for SCFE-27176. MUE's are 1 & MAI of "2" cannot use a modifier to override the daily limit for the CPT code.
This is AL. MCD which only wants LT or RT modifiers, not 50. Any suggestions on coding just one side or both in hopes that this will get paid.
