Wiki Small Bowel Resec. with anastamosis and ileostomy

Hello,

I was hoping to get some opinions on a small bowel resection with anastomosis and ileostomy, it was actually a J-Pouch excision and after excision the anastomosis was created, then the Dr. created an ileostomy.

44120 is SBR with anastomosis
44125 is SBR with ileostomy but no anastomosis

I was think of 44120 with 44310, thoughts? Thanks!
